FAQ

• Ordering Online:

• All orders online are processed securely through Authorize.net. When an order is placed online we receive and process it during the next business day and will call to confirm the items and inform you of any estimated delivery times we have available.
• If an order is declined and you are unsure of why, or you feel more comfortable calling, we are able to take orders by phone as well.
• All photos and descriptions of merchandise are provided by manufacturers. Colors/stains on furniture can vary from batch to batch and as such does not constitute a warranty replacement.
• All furniture is ordered directly from the manufacturer and as such is treated as a special order. All sales are final.
• Be sure your billing address used in ordering your furniture is the one on your card. If an address mismatch is declined the funds will be put on hold from your account resulting in a decline in your available credit until the authorization expires. This can take up to a week depending on the card issuing bank. This is built into our card processing system by Authorize.net and as such are unable to speed up this process.

• Physical Storefront

• We are predominately an internet based company. We do not have a showroom however we do have samples to show the diferent manufacturers and quality levels offered at our office in Plano, TX.

• Crest Financial

• We offer Crest Financial as a No Credit Check option to our customers. Customers can apply Online through the link on our homepage. Customers can be Instantly Approved at the end of the application or will be prompted to submit further requirements. Customers who aren't approved on "application only" can still qualify when the following simple requirements are provided:

• Most Recent Pay Check Stub verifying:

• Minimum $1,000 gross income per month
• Customer needs to have been employed for past six months at the same job or within the same industry (no temp service)
• Year-to-Date totals need to be shown on check stub provided showing earned income for that year

• Most Recent Complete Bank Statement verifying:

• $500 in deposits for the month
• Daily balances with positive balance at beginning and end of statement
• Zero NSF fees or return charges
• Less than 6 overdraft charges
• More than 5 transactions in the month to be considered an active account

• Voided Check or Bank Account Verification Form

• Check must match the account number on the bank statement

• Copy of Photo ID

• Exceptions to these EASY requirements:

• 1. Self Employed
• Need to submit 3 months of bank statements
• Retirement/Social Security/VA/Long Term Disability
• Need to provide benefit letter
• All orders with Crest Financial shall have a 6% Flat Fee as well as $40 First Process Fee applied. This is to be paid in full at the time of purchase. Any sale or promotion shall not be applicable to orders processed through Crest Financial.
• Since it is a lease, there is no interest that accrues on the customer's account.
• The minimum monthly lease payment is 15% of the total invoice amount.
• Payment Information:

• First Payment Due Date:

• 30 calendar days from the date on the "Receipt of Goods" form signed at closing.

• How Payments are Made

• Customers are setup on an automatic ACH withdraw by signing the "ACH Authorization" form at closing. Should customers like to make additional payments, they can call into our customer support team at 855-55CREST.

• Buyout Options:

• All Customers have two buyout options.
• 90 Day buyout option. Customers must pay the total amount financed plus the initial payment, on or before 90 days from the date of delivery on the "Receipt of Goods".
• If after the 90 Day buyout date....tendering the total cost or total note of the lease plus the initial payment, less the amount paid and up to a 35% discount off the remaining balance.

• Lease Term

• The maximum term of the lease is for 12 months. However, the customer can utilize their applicable buyout option at any time during the lease.
